Trying to replace a cracked headlight that is letting moisture build in the housing. I have an OEM headlight to replace it. I’m just wondering if I have to take the bumper cover off to get to the grill to get to the headlight. Any help would be appreciated. 2020 Expedition Max Limited

Thank you. I have seen that thread. I’m having a hard time getting to the clips that hold the grill to the bumper cover. I ended up removing the cover and grill in one piece. Hoping I can get it back on with out any problems. Thanks again

You have to remove the bumper and watch out for the grill clips. They are easy to break. I had to replace my headlight due to same reason few months ago.

I took out the bumper and grill as one big piece. Pulled out the cover back just enough to access the three grill bolts. I’ll never do it again, I’ll tell you that lol
