I installed an overhead dvd player, what i would like to figure out if any, is my factory dvd/sat/nav system can play dvd, so i was trying to figure out if there is a video out of the factory unit,

On our 2004 Acura MDX, I bought a unit which allowed the rear dvd system to be viewed up front on the dash gps with the flip of a switch. The installers had to use the wiring from the reverse camera in order to get everything working correctly. Just search online and you'll eventually find a solution/kit to solve your issue. I doubt there's a video out but there are product to work around this. Also, in the 3rd row seating, there was an armrest with a a/v inputs which allowed for an Ipod to play music and videos. Does yours have this that you can use?
