Gave the ol’ 2007 EL Eddie Bauer a much needed interior cleaning/detail last night. Was pretty filthy.....she’s clean again besides the stubborn floor mats as per usual. Do have to say it’s nice you can actually clean the wood grain good in the EB....my XLT didn’t like chemicals on the what was instead silver trim.

Ha, not so bright is it. I’ve always had a cupholder full of change in my vehicles too, normally cover the console if in a sketchy hood. There are losers everywhere though.

How do you remove the weathertechs from the driver's seat? My new rig came with them and that one seems to be attached rather firmly.

Some years there is a hook that comes thru a hole and some years have little circles that you pop up to reveal hooks. Mine you have to lift the liner up and over the little hook that holds it.

I loosened the too short running boards and knocked them forward a few inches so they are better centered to the door opening. They were driving me crazy when they were offset back, much better now. Unfortunately good stock boards are $400/side and these are nicer than the original ones so these are staying.

That dash looks somewhat like my '07 Navigator dash but the Navi speedo cluster is horrible, they put the numbers up to 140 mph and it's all dark in there so I can't see anything hardly, it's the worst part of the truck.

Steering wheel leather was worn - better way to put it is the factory dye was wearing out of the leather hide. Sanded the rough spots with 2500 grit finishing paper and coated with DupliColor Vinyl and Fabric coating. Happy with results. Got to remove the steering wheel cover for good!
