Anybody get this or have more information? I've tuned my Audi, don't know the first thing about tuning an Expedition, though!!

I am sure it makes a difference, but the FP tunes are just canned tunes. If you want a tune, go all the way and get a custom tune from someone like Livernois.Anybody get this or have more information? I've tuned my Audi, don't know the first thing about tuning an Expedition, though!!
Yeah, the SPP is already a tune. You actually paid Thousands for it... HaHa!I was kind’ve interested in this until I got to the part where I pay $825 to get 16 additional HP on my SPP. That’s underwhelming.
23-24 have to swap the ECU to tune, and the 2025's won't even have that option. LMS does support the 22-24 but 23-24 require an ECU swap. HP Tuners can do the same. ZFG has a swap at home kit, but you have to do some wrenching.I am sure it makes a difference, but the FP tunes are just canned tunes. I am impressed Ford is supporting the Expedition honestly. Good for them.Anybody get this or have more information? I've tuned my Audi, don't know the first thing about tuning an Expedition, though!!
Dmmt. Well I don’t want to pay for it TWICE then! HaYeah, the SPP is already a tune. You actually paid Thousands for it... HaHa!
Dang didn't realize the 23-24s needed an ECU swap.23-24 have to swap the ECU to tune, and the 2025's won't even have that option. LMS does support the 22-24 but 23-24 require an ECU swap. HP Tuners can do the same. ZFG has a swap at home kit, but you have to do some wrenching.
Call MPT tuning!Anybody get this or have more information? I've tuned my Audi, don't know the first thing about tuning an Expedition, though!!
Excellent option, but 23/24 Ecu still has to be swapped. Nobody, no matter the device can unlock those stock ECU's. So if the OP has one of those, and doesn't want to go through that hassle, the Ford tune is a good option.Call MPT tuning!
23/24 can be tuned by ZFG with an ECU swap like I mentioned above. 25 will not be able to be done most likely by anybody other than ford like the 25 Explorers and 24+ F150’s.ZFG tuning using HP is advertising 22+
I’d have to email or call them to see if they were doing 24 model year or not.
2018 can be done by a multitude of tuning companies, with no swap, or ECU unlock. ZFG, MPT, 5Star, LMS, and several others. All will be better than the Ford Performance tune.Weird that they can't tune my 2018, only 22-23's.
Who cannot tune your 2018–ford?Weird that they can't tune my 2018, only 22-23's.
Please read the Warranty info closely. If it is like the Explorers it replaces the Factory warranty. To get that warranty it must also be installed by a Ford Performance Dealer also.I just picked up a 2024 Expedition Limited and I'm seriously considering the Ford Performance M9603-EN35 for the extra 58 hp and 100 lb-ft of torque. From what I’ve learned, this is the only option I’d consider due to warranty concerns, and according to my dealer, it won’t affect the factory warranty.
That said, has anyone here installed this tune yet? Or am I about to be the first one to take the plunge once I get on the phone Monday to track down a Ford Performance dealer? My dealer mentioned only authorized Ford Performance dealers can sell the M9603-EN35.
