Expanding Cargo, need storage solutions

One thing that the yukon xl had over the expy max was the larger cargo storage area behind the third row of seats. I am coming from an F-150. So storage was not typically an issue. Now I'm down to a few feet of space.

What storage solutions exist for the new expy? I'd like to see any pics of how large families are solving this issue for road trips.

I use a hitch mounted cargo carrier with waterproof bag. Fit 4 carry ons and beach gear with no problem a few weeks ago.

Randy, how much did that run you? And where did you get it?

I see Ford offers some roof cargo boxes on their accessories page as well.

I bought it from REI. It was on sale for $500 but got an additional 10% taken off because it was late being shipped to the store.

I didn't like the Yakima or Thule choices of car top boxes that Ford has on their accessories page. I like the sleekness of this particular box.

I would have done the same rooftop carrier Randy Schmidt has but we often rent condos with parking garages and I didn't want to have jack with taking it off so we could park.

Does the back hatch open ok once that black bag/box of yours is removed? I need one of those just to fit groceries haha.
