While driving around 65-70mph my 2019 expedition started showing a bunch of warnings on dash such as limited differential issues, parking brake limits function, hill assist control fault, service engine, service advance trac, and more… truck started bucking badly then lost all acceleration… few seconds later expedition shut off and we coasted to the side of the road. Expedition wouldn’t do anything when you hit engine start button except throw warnings. Won’t start. Has a new battery and still had 12 volts. Even putting a jump box on and won’t even crank… anyone else have this issue? Thanks for all the help!

read the ODB codes with Forscan Lite and a Vlinker VGate or similar dongle. Last time I had a bunch of random crap happen, it was rodent wiring damage.

Worth a shot...check connectors behind passenger side kick panel that covers the body control module. Make sure all are latched. Dunno if it applies to the newer trucks but seen it on older ones that will cause all kinds of 'weird' codes including PATS system(key fob).

You sure you checked the battery? Maybe it's not charging? Try cranking it with the headlights on and see if they dim. If they do, you have a weak battery. Have you tried jumping it? Check your terminals?

If the alternator quits charging the car will shut off circuits to keep going. It is usually obvious that the car is dying by stuff shutting down if you know what to look for. I worked for a power company that ran a Ford fleet and it happens a lot as the fleet ages.

First of clean the terminals on the battery and the cable. While the battery is unhooked and you clean, all the board modules have time to reset. Go from there… you got to start somewhere. Then read the codes, clear the codes and read the new codes. Make sure you got pictures or write down the codes for further troubleshooting.
