If you still have the original fuel pump in the tank, the likely suspect would be a short circuit within the fuel pump itself, causing it to blow the fuse...

@S20Workstation4 , Thanks, yes it's likely the pump short circuit.... existing pump I had replaced four year back due to level indication issue sticking issue..
