I have a 2025 Ford Expedition, with the oem all season tires which are, frankly, awful snow tires. I have a new set of Blizzaks DMV2, 225 /60 R17, mounted on steel rims, with no internal TPMS sensors. They are on my about to be sold/retired 2009 Expedition, so the wheel stud pattern is the same. The tire size is a bit different than the 2025 spec, but close enough that I want to use these. I really want to find a set of external TPMS sensors that can be programmed for the 2025 Ford TPMS system so I dont have to have the annoying TPMS warning all winter long. I am trying to avoid the cost of dismounting and putting in internal sensors. There are plenty of extenal sensors with their own display (I have one in the 2009). I am really hoping somebody makes a compatible external sensor. Thanks for any help! Absent that, does anybody make a TPMP spoof transmitter that will make the 2025 TPMS system "happy" while I use my snow tires? Any suggestions?

BIG correction...the tires I am using will be 265/70R-17 Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V2 SL mounted on 17x7.5 6-135 et44 cb87 steel rims. (The other tires are for my Subaru). Gemini AI says I will likely have front brake rotor clearnace issues with the 17 inch rims....any experience out there?

I would check the front clearance, the F150 went to larger front brakes in 2012. I know the OEM aluminum wheels fit from 04 through 16. I know the newest F150s have 20” wheels on the bade models. I retired before this winter season as the garage foreman. We just had the studs installed on the OEM wheels. $100 for each four tire swap Winter and Spring.

Thanks! My first task is to check one of the 17 inch snowtires on the 2025 for front clearance. I see at least one 17 inch steel rim online that says it fits the 2025. But the proof will be to try.

There are numerous companies that make external sensor set ups for travel trailers, but can be used on vehicles....a tire is a tire....
But, a 4 tire set up with a monitor is likely to cost more than just going to Discount Tire and having 4 internal sensors mounted....
Recently had them replace 4 sensors in wifes Subi Outback.....around $225.

I used to get my Blizzak's from Tire Rack along with the steel wheels. I never bothered with the sensors as I ran them at max pressure due to the weight of the plow and the compensatory weight in the back. They may have what your looking for as they were pretty knowledgeable at the time. Give them a call.
