10" professional rivet nut driver kit. It's got M6 rivets, and works great.

Thanks everyone. Needed a small, flat spot for the mag mount antenna.
Got a powder coated Simpson Strong-Tie angle bracket, large rubber washer, fender washer, and stainless screw from Lowes.
