Flàmes out exhaust

Hi I have a 4.6l which is currently shooting flames out exhaust when understress like acceleration on freeway or going up hill what can cause this

Raw gas getting through to the exhaust system. Any DTC codes ? Do you smell gas ? How's it run ?

Raw gas and the catalytic converter are not friends.

You probably have an injector that is sticking open. I would get it serviced pronto before you hydrolock a cylinder. Have a mechanic pull codes and try to figure out if one cylinder is misfiring then change that injector. Don't rule out a bad COP, Boot or plug on that cylinder as well.

Thank you to everyone that's helped me or try to I figured it out when I had a coolant leak from a heater core hose it filled up to the cylinders and I took out my coils blew the water out pull the plugs blew the rest of water out and clean it all up and now runs great no more flames
