Has anyone noticed how floppy the hood seems when driving at highway speeds? It even looked like the hood had popped but I checked it and it's closed properly.

My 2003 has rattled, made noise, since new. Never noticed it moving though. My 2014 is more buttoned down.

How fast are we talking? I know my Mustang moves a lot near 100 mph, but not at legal speed limit.

65-85 mph. Of course it increases with speed but it flutters noticably, to the point where you second guess yourself whether or not the hood is latched. Seems like the hood needs stronger cross members or something.

Mine does it at pretty normal highway cruising speeds too (70-80). My wife’s pathfinder does the same thing. And yes, Ive gotten out to check to make sure it’s latched too.
