Anyone have a list of contacts at Ford Customer Service?
Reason I'm asking, is that their 800 number is pretty pointless, you hardly get people stateside any more and the they seem to be completely unable to help. So far my experience with them is they can't escalate issues, they can't look into warranty related issues, they can't even see RO's from dealer service centers.
Since Ford won't publish email addresses, and all they seem to accept is snail mail, which doesn't really help, I'd love to see a list of other contacts. For example, BBB and consumer reports say you should as a last draw email board members and executive leadership, but contacting them is pretty mysterious.
Would love to see a list of contacts for escalations. Sure wish Ford would be proactive and have ways of enabling consumers to escalate issues with low friction.
