Ford pass rewards

Just wondering what you all are using your rewards for? I was going to get a bike rack through Ford accessories but the mark up was horrendous compared to other retailers. Curious if anyone has found any good deals or strategy to use them.

Thanks! I typically do my own changes so I was looking for other options. My dealer says they are good for accessories so I'll probably go that route

How does one redeem them? I have a bunch from when I bought my Expedition and I’d like to get the all weather floor mat for the 3rd row. I wanted to redeem them online but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do so?
