We got 42k when we bought ours a month ago.
I forgot about the Ford Pass when I got the first oil change done so I didn't redeem any points, but I have the complimentary 42K plus "earned" (bought 
) 345 with the oil change. The app doesn't show what redemption levels are - I assume it's dependent on each dealership and what their rates are.

I got 42000 when I bought my 19. Just did first oil change and that got me 661 points. I paid nothing at the time of service.

So what is your point balance now? 42661? Or did you cash in some points for the oil change?

Yeah I guess the service advisor had trouble figuring out how to apply the rewards. Total is 42661 currently

I just got 42k posted to my account on Friday, I think it's just for buying a vehicle and creating the FordPass account.
It says they are there to "help with the first three maintenance visits", but it doesn't seem like 42k points are going to cover them according to this thread...

200 point equals $1 of redemption. The complementary points you get for purchasing a new vehicle started 04/01/19 and is 42,000 points. So 42,000 = $210. $210/4 = $52.50 so if your dealer charges $52.50 for an oil change you would have 4 free oil changes.
Any time you spent money at the dealers service department you earn 10 points for every dollar. So if you had to pay for a $1,000 repair you would receive 10,000 point which would give you $50 to redeem your next visit.
