My brother (14 hours distant) has been using forscan on his much newer truck. I will be seeing him soon and have no experience with forscan. I asked him to bring his "stuff". I bought my truck used and want the original door code so i can set my own. I also want to see whats listed for keys and remove what i dont have. I also have a key blank from my '03 expy with two of those remotes from that era and am wondering if they can be programmed to the vehicle. I am wondering what else may be available to change if anyone knows, after reading through these pages, it does not seem like there is much.

If I were here, you would know it !
I could be wrong but it seems to me that I read somewhere on here that FS is only compatible with 2015 & newer Expys....

Probably because the 011's programming is relatively simple & way less complicated & with far fewer adjustable perimeters than later models have..

i own a 2007 Expy - 2006 Mustang - in 2006 F150 -> Sure you can use Forscan in These vehicles... but the doorlock Code -> isn't the Code directly visible in the Control unit If you Look Up at the A pillar in the passender footwell?

I have a 2012 and I believe i was able to look up the door lock code with forscan otherwise I think mine also had a sticker somewhere behind the glove box. I haven't really used forscan all that much but I've change the oil change interval and used it to add/program keys. It is nice to have but you will need a extended license through forscan to do any of that but they do offer a free trial of that
