First car I drove that had paddle shifters was a mid-1990s VW Passat. It was a little confusing. Years later, I owned a Dodge Durango R/T that had paddle shifters. Used them once or twice, but wasn't impressed.

As for #3, I occasionally use the voice control in my Expedition to change the HVAC temperature, but I usually forget and do it with my fingers.

Eco mode? I'm driving a 3-ton brick in mostly suburban and highway driving. Not sure that eco mode would make much difference.

If they could develop gesture control that would control other drivers on the road, then I might use it. ;)

I compared ECO to normal mode - tracking gas mileage (mostly town, some highway) over many tankfuls of gas. I got essentially the same fuel consumption either way.
I do like the early shifts of Eco, though. Too bad can't mate Sport engine control with Eco transmission control!

I drive fast.. mostly on interstates. ECO does make a difference for me. Wish there was a way do do something to increase MPG when towing.
