Fuel tank pressure sensor location and replacement?

I am working on replacing most of the EVAP system and want to replace the fuel tank pressure sensor but am having a hard time finding it! Is it something that I have to lower the fuel tank to get to or is there another way to do it? I have a shop manual and know the vicinity of the switch but can't seem to locate it!

Yep, gotta remove the fuel tank.

It is above the fuel tank on the rail. The fuel pump connector is behind it. Got my tank out, maybe tomorrow I will send a picture.

Here is the pressure sensor. Above the cross member where it meets the driver side frame rail. Spliced into the vent hose that goes back to the filler tube.
