Wondering if there is a way to update the gauge cluster screen to look like the newer models. The screen looks the same, anyone think its a simple software update?

No there isnt a way. Why would you want to do this anyway? It adds no functionality.

I think it looks cleaner. Also, I heard it added about 35 HP

Im not a fan of the newer gauges but I would like to have the external temp display in the cluster. Using Apple CarPlay it doesn’t display in the radio screens unless you are in the Ford screens.

This is one I noticed with one of the latest AndroidAuto updates
Used to show it with the time on the infotainment screen, bow nothing.
In my Explorer, the temp is shown on the gauge cluster. Used to show nav directions in place of Trip 1, but that has gone away with one of the AA updates as well.
