You sure?

Stocks are 32", 33's are just 0.5" more in every direction... seems like 33 might fit stock just fine, and any amount of lift easily

Nope. 33x11 likely would fit not so sure a 33x12.5 would. It is kind of close back there but I never measure at factory ride height.

The 18-19s with 1.5” or lift likely not an issue but only 1” or lift on the 15-17s likely close.

Width is width, that's different

True, but most folks tend to use and aftermarket wheel and wider tire as well so generally a good idea to tread lightly thinking something will work until it is verified.

My unexpected 4” lift from the F150 5100s is a great example. No way did I ever expect that much differentiation.

You’ll need a 3/2 or equivalent to fit 33/12.50 on factory +44 offsets

Depends on if you are an independent suspension or not.
Ride quality is degraded in both the matter of how much is dependent upon the setup.
Independent suspension helps to soften it out.

I’ll say that I now have rear spacers as they are the only option at the moment.
Paired with Bilstein 4600 I am very surprised and impressed on how well they ride compared to other vehicle I have ridden in with spacers.

would you recommend the 4600's for offroad use?

Off Roading is of course a relative term.
Not rock climbing or bouldering but I did some pretty solid trails with my 5100/4600 combo and my expectations were far exceeded.
Again I realize we are essentially off roading a school bus so sure we aren’t going to run serious trails and the like but these things do just fine for the kind of stuff I want to do.

Not my video but I did this in 2wd

And that track nowhere near maxed out the ability of these rigs when properly equipped.

That is great news though. I think this will increase the value of third gen Expedition. Imagine turning these into raptor with room to spare especially the ELs...

Never going to happen. The rear is the problem. Have you looked at the geometry of where the axles run? That is the issue!
