Quick question for those that have done the 21N03, do you still get notifications from the fordpass app and your vehicle status reports that you need to do the service, even though its been done. Mine was done over 2 months ago, you'd think it would be updated. And I do believe it was done as the tech called me ahead of flashing to ensure I didn't have a tune installed.
***update*** So I think it's a problem with the ford customer care systems, I still get the notice on my app and i get it on my monthly emails, but when I login to the site, it shows zero issues or warnings. fun fun.
