2019 Expy FX4, pretty stock other than leveling kit and bigger tires. Passenger headlight and directional are not working. I've tried replacing the bulbs. The truck recognizes the failed directional by a quick sounding signal, even though the mirror and rear directional flash at normal speed.

Passenger side directional bulb does not light up when the doors open, either.

I've read that it could be a battery issue, and my battery IS the original, but seems to be working. Tested 12.6 until I opened a door, now it's reading 12.2. No issues starting. I don't understand how a battery could cause that anyway.

Anybody have any ideas? Would suck taking it to Ford over a simple fix if you guys know of anything to try. Thanks!

Replaced the battery, that wasn't it.

Still looking for feedback if anybody has any to offer.

I would check your BCM [ Body Control Module ]. Similar things happened to me on My 2017 Expy, and after replacing bulbs, sockets and a thorough wiring check, I broke down and brought it to the dealer. The good news - it was a BCM problem. The bad news, the BCM is no longer made, and my only hope is junkyards or keep calling around to find one somewhere. I hope if it IS your BCM, at least Ford may still have one for your year.

Thank you for the comment. I have no idea how to "check" the BCM, but that was my worry. I'm sure parts are available, but taking it to Ford for a headlight is wildly frustrating. I don't know what else to do, though.
