Have a 2021 expedition, recently while towing my boat (around 2500lbs) for the very first time as I was breaking and near to a complete stop I heard a loud snap sound from under the car near the driver and passenger seat…took it to the dealership, they said everything looks fine. They want me to take it in with the boat to see if I can recreate the noise…has anyone had this happen to them or heard of this happening?
