I just replaced both hoses that had leaking connections. After hooking everything back up, the system seemed to have a malfunction. I didn't even get to start it. It tried to roll over then stopped with all these pop up items on the dash.

I just replaced these two heater hoses about a week ago and unplugged the PCM, engine harness ground and associated connectors via the connections above the hoses to make getting to them easier. Is this the way you did it? Is the ground eye lid wire reconnected to the firewall under the 15mm screw or maybe that wire broken that heads up above the engine towards the windshield cowl on the pass side? If that’s good, something might not be plugged in or pulled loose.

Were you near any wires or did you have to mess with the fuse box? Full accessory power is normal if the hood is up. And since it looks like it's related to the cooling, maybe you unplugged a sensor?

UPDATE: I figured it out. I did disconnect the PCM wires to get to the hoses. I assumed having the battery removed would not have thrown anything off, but I ended up having to clear and reset all codes that were being thrown.

The exact same thing happened to me. I'm open to any suggestions. I do NOT want to have our 2019 Expy Limited towed to the dealer. (OUCH $$$) Did the clearing of the codes fix the problem? When I plugged a reader into my OBD port, all I got was an "error" message.

I highly recommend getting an OBD adapter that lets you run FORscan. There's two versions, FORscan Lite runs on Android and IPhones, and works with a wireless adapter such as Vlinker FD+, and FORscan full, which runs on a Windows laptop, and works best with a USB attached adapter such as a vLinker FS. The Full version can do advanced stuff like option settings, but the phone lite version reads all codes and can clear any pending codes.

Thank you Left Coast. I discovered that I had not properly reconnected one of the big plugs near the firewall. Once I connected it properly, all was back to normal, and the engine started on the first button press. BTW, you're driving my Expy's twin.

Yes clearing all codes fixed the problem. My OBD reader is 5+ years old too. You may want to look at the coolant expansion tank hose too. I just noticed another leak coming from that plastic fitting. See attached photo.

Ya! Glad you got it working. I haven't had to change mine yet. But it may be coming with 80,000 miles on it.
You probably want to do it along with the one going to the bottom of the reservoir. Dude at the dealer knew the part numbers by heart. Not a good sign.
