Help selecting radio for 07 Expedition EB

Hi all, I’m looking to replace the stock cd changer on my 07 exp. I’ve been out of the audio world for many years. I’m looking into a double din that’ll work with car play.

If I change the stock radio will I loose the built in over head DVD player audio?

Do I need a dash kit?

Will I retain the steering wheel controls?

The RES goes to head phones only with after market install which wasn't a problem for me. Grand kids are the only ones that use it. There may be some work arounds.
I bought thru Crutchdfield they provided all the wiring, dash kit and steering wheel controls. about $900.00. I installed myself 99% plug and play with good instructions.
Love the new features like front and rear camera,Apple Carplay, a selection of mapping systems Google map ,Garmin, Apple,Wase, hands free text and calls,etc.

Sorry my bad it is a Kenwood DNX874s
also Crutchfield has the DNX874a with this model...
