Hello team!

Back with yet another question. I am trying ti program the factory brake controller for my 2017 expy. I have the controller installed. I got a cheap OBD cable online and have forscan running on my macbook. I found the spread sheet (linked in this post) for the codes, but as you can see in my first photo, the codes start with a 7E0, not a 720. Does anyone by chance know what I am doing wrong? Or what the correct code would be to enable the controller and the gain for it?

TIA, I appreciate it

Got a little further yesterday, downloaded a previous version of FORScan. Could read the line, but could not write to it. Ordered the cable FORScan recommends. Still cheaper than having Ford install it.

You aren't in the right module. You have the PCM highlighted. That is not where you should be changing.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE BACKING UP YOUR MODULE. If you are not 100% comfortable with this you need to be VERY cautious.

The module you need to make the change in is the IPC according to the PDF you posted.

Thanks! I found the IPC module, but now I am unable to write to it. I have it backed up, I am using the OBDlink EX adapter. This is a photo of the logs after it fails writing.
