Hey all,
So I just bought a new 2025 Tremor Expedition and am waiting impatiently for the aftermarket to catch up.

I really wasn’t too interested in an Expedition until I saw the tremor at a local dealership that had been lifted on larger tires in black and it caught my eye.

I looked them up online and thought the interior and dash layout was just plain weird.
Then I drove it and it all made sense, the panoramic screen is customizable to whatever information you want to see from off road to trailering to the weather.

I have a 14 F150 that I bought new with the 3.5 Ecoboost 1st gen so I knew it would have power but damn the 3rd Gen HO is quick. Sub 5 second 0-60.

I haven’t had a chance to take it off road yet but from what I’ve seen it should be pretty capable with full skid plates locker and factory 33s.
Would like to add a winch and possibly enough suspension lift for 35s but the aftermarket is non existent still and most everything out there for the Expedition is geared towards the platinum crowd.
It obviously won’t do what our built Jeep will do, but it’s certainly more capable than my F150.

Kids want to call it the Starship with all the technology but I’m not sure if that name will stick.

Very nice! Got our Tremor last Tuesday and just got window tint and PPF done today. I’d like to replace the felt cover underneath the transmission with something but not sure what. Didn’t really see any options and wasn’t sure the Ford one on their website was the correct one. Does your have a metal one?

Are you talking about the skid plates underneath? Mine are all steel, but I will look at it this afternoon and see what's up there.
I think it will take the aftermarket a bit to catch up to this trim for sure, and only if it catches on and becomes popular.

My tremor has some metal skid plates, but also the "heavy duty" cardboard / felt garbage Ford puts on all of their trucks / SUVs in the catalytic convertor area. I moved my metal plate from my 2020 F-150 (aftermarket) and it fit perfectly. Lots of options on eBay around $2-300.

Awesome that’s the one I was referring to..was a little shocked to see that on a Tremor.

I picked mine up 3 months ago. So far I’ve only added the missing skid plate (transmission) from Ford and tint. I have raptor bead lock takeoffs that I plan to mount 295/70r17 wild peaks on once the factory tires are done.

Currently on a 6000 mile road trip out west.. we love it so far.

You happen to remember that PN for the plate from Ford?

Ahh the F150 Diaper LOL
Yea I'm sure mine has one too, although when the F 150 had a rear main seal leak a couple years ago the diaper kept it off my driveway.

We traded the Wifes 2024 Bronco (OBX SAS) last Friday for a 25 Tremor in Wild Green. Prior to the Bronco we had a 2019 Stealth we added a ReadyLift and some wheels and tires. I kept the wheels and tires luckily. I have already swapped them on the Tremor and it really changed the looks. Wheels are 18X9 Fuel Blitz (+20 offset) and 295/70/18 (34") Falken Wildpeaks. They do not rub anywhere surprisingly as they absolutely needed a lift on the 2019. I may go down a bit in tire size when the Falkens wear out. I love the extra power of the HO (I've had several EcoBoost platforms) and have zero complaints.IMG_7335.jpeg

Does anyone know if the Tremor has the same ride height as a Platinum? I have a Platinum SPP coming and want to possibly lift/level and + the tires. Can I assume that the same tire size in the post above (295/70/18 (34")) would fit my Platinum SPP without rubbing?

When I checked Ford website it stated the Tremor was about an inch taller as I was concerned about it fitting into our garage. I would think the tires would work without rubbing as I can’t see Ford making different fender liners.

The Tremor has a slightly higher ride height compared to the other models. I would say the wheel and tire package I shared would not clear a standard height Expedition without the lift. On our 2019 Stealth, we installed a readylift suspension lift and loved it. They did not clear without the lift. I checked the before and after measurements from the 2019 to the Tremor with the same wheels and tires and they are almost identical in comparison (post lift on the 2019).

Have you driven one yet? I honestly thought it was the goofiest thing I had seen in a while until I drove it. After that it all made sense. You can put whatever information you want up there and you don't even really notice the screen. I thought it was goofy, but now it's one of my favorite widgets on this new vehicle.

I’d really like to use the running boards from these Tremors on my Expedition. Would one of you please snap a pic of how these mount to the frame and possibly measure the distance between the brackets. Would really help to know if it’s a direct fit before I invest in this effort. Thank you!

This. It’s the primary reason I’m looking elsewhere now as my 2018 expy is due for a trade in at 105k miles.
