Hidden keypad won’t light up

Interesting! My is not wet nor dirty. It’s a quest to figure this out.

How old is your battery. Could it be one of those low battery shut down things. Put on Charger over night and then try.

I hate that keypad. The keypad on my 2022 F150 had actual buttons that clicked and it worked 100% of the time. I use the keypad or the app every time I lock and unlock the truck, so having such an unreliable POS is frustrating. I'm going to break down soon and just by the aftermarket add on keypad that does have actual buttons...

There is a light at the top of the numbers that lights up every time it senses you touch a number.
If it didn't light up, you didn't push it. That helped me a lot to zero in on where it liked my finger.

Also when you get out and want to lock,
light up numbers, then push and HOLD (until it locks) the bottom two that makes it lock.

Those were the two biggest problems I had coming from a keypad.
It is just second nature now.
