Ignition Coil Issue Help

I have an 2006 Expedition EB. It was misfiring so I took it by Autozone to check the diagnostic and it said cyl 6 coil and plug were the issue. I had a mechanic replaced the coil and spark plug and it ran fine for about 3 hours and started misfiring again. Took it back to Autozone and still cyl 6 was the issue. I bought a Duralast coil and motorcraft plug.

Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and Thanks in advance.

goodluck is all i can say. i have been dealing with the same issues for about a year and a half. i replaced all my spark plugs, and coils with aftermarket then sent it to the dealer to do OEM Motorcraft parts as well. still no changes.
