Instrument cluster swap?

Have a 2012 XLT that I’ve owned for about a year. I’m looking at making some cosmetic upgrades, rather than trading in and having a car note.

Looking at the speedometer cluster and wondering if a 2015 or newer digital cluster swap is possible?

Plus any other things I could swap would be great to know thanks!

I think you would find that extremely difficult to do because of the CAN Bus and the way everything is integrated with software.
