Intake A - Cam Shaft Position Timing

2018 with about 26k miles. I had the CEL appear and scan shows code P0022 - Intake A: Cam Shaft Position Timing. I have an appointment set up with the dealer to investigate. Any thoughts or experiences? They can't get me in until later this week so I have a few days to mull over what I'm potentially looking at. I'll also post the outcome when I get there.

...and last night the CEL turned off. Keeping the appointment with the dealer and hopefully they'll be able to tell me something.

Error code cleared itself so nothing the dealer could do. May have to wait for it to happen again.
