MY new Expedition continually gets that fog on the inside windshield. Mediocre results with Windex and other cleaners. Does anyone have a secret cleaner?

You never want to use Windex or any glass cleaner with ammonia in it....over time it will degrade the tinting on the windows. The Sprayway is good commercial stuff, and you can use Invisible Glass Cleaner which you can find at any auto parts store, or WalMart.....no ammonia and won't hurt any other surface it comes in contact with.

If I were here, you would know it !
As long as the fog hasn't been there for very long, I usually use white vinegar. wiping it on & let it set for a few minutes then buff off. But for more difficult accumulations, I've used Goof-Off, followed by a 2nd wipe down with Vinegar and then if needed, a 3rd buffing with distilled water....

This was an extreme case, but a friend of mine bought a 2002 vehicle years ago that was owned by a smoker, who apparently did not believe in cleaning his windshield or side windows either. After trying numerous cleaning products, which either had no effect at all or made it look worse, I resorted to using Acetone, which quickly cut through the layer up layer upon layer of tobacco smoke and got us somewhat closer to the actual glass, after which, yep you guessed it, Vinegar got it back to actually being clean again...gotta be VERY careful with that stuff though, as it will dissolve many plastic & rubber products AND asphyxiate you in very short order...
