Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't, other times they are on but not very bright, or flicker, and even go out/come on of their own accord.
Also, my interior lights will come on and go right back out when the driver front door is opened from the inside. Opening it from the outside all is normal with regard to interior lights. All other doors/hatch the lights come on and go out normally.
I DID replace the headlight switch with a new motorcraft part, and let it sit for a bit with the battery cable disconnected. Had a similar issue on my 06 Exploder and the headlight switch solved it, but only after I discoed the bat cable. This didn't help on the Expo though.
I'm not sure the two things are related, but it's been giving me fits for awhile now, and I don't know what else to look at.
