Is my new compressor bad from the part store Low/High same pressure

Sorry for the delay. It has been a really long couple of weeks.
I have the switch jumpered. It has 12VDC on one side so I have voltage there.
I have measured voltage at the compressor and I have .2VDC so I would guess that is just noise.
The compressor has 4 ohms across the pins so I think that is good as well.
Is there a wiring diagram that is available so I can trace it? Where does the voltage go from the switch to get to the compressor?

To close this thread, the AC is now working. I though I had checked the fuse but it was blown. Everything appears to be working and I have cold AC now.
Thanks to everyone who has such great help!

To recap.
A bearing in the pulley for the compressor locked up and destroyed the serpentine belt.
Replaced compressor (a nightmare in itself)
CHECK FUSES!!!!!
Trouble shooting was good to understand what is going on in the system.
Filled with proper amount of R132a. Cold AC!
