Issue with the screen

Hello all,

Having an issue with my new expedition tremor, I had my car parked for three days due to being out of the town. When I came back the screen does not work it just turned black as shown in the photo attached.
Tried turning the car on and off but no help.

Also tried hitting the power button for 5 times as mentioned online on how to reset the screen still nothing happened.

It only works when i hit reverse where it turns on the cameras.


update: screen worked when I reset it by clicking on the power button five times while having to wait half a second between each time I press the button. the first time I tried to reset i was hitting the power button five times really fast as i thought this would be the way.

You might try this. It worked on mine.

To fix a blank screen on a 2022 Ford Expedition,
perform a soft reset by holding the Power button (center of the volume knob) and the Seek Right button (>>|) simultaneously for about 10 seconds, or use the steering wheel buttons if there's no central power button: press and hold the Volume Down button and the Seek Right button together. If the reset doesn't work, turn the vehicle off, open and close the driver's door, wait a few minutes, then restart to allow the system modules to fully power down.
