Does the battery on key fob go bad? 2017 with 80k miles. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes not at all.
I haven’t reset it yet per the book as sometimes it will work.

Yes, change the battery, or clean it and the terminals that hold it. It's covered in the owner's manual.

Yep, sure does. It's easy to change.

Had the same problem. Bought new batteries and swapped them out, good as new. Youtube has several videos on how to do it. 10 min job.

Just bought spare key fob from North Coast Keyless for my 2017 Exp. Programmed it in three minutes. Now have to find locksmith to cut key. Saved almost $370 CAD
