2024 XLT 4x4 in wild green. Installed the Bilstein 5100, expedition version on the front and rear. Front set at 1.6 and rear at 1.1. 275/60/20 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T on OEM 20” rims.
That looks perfect!

Do you think you’d have rubbing issues if you didn’t install the Bilsteins?

I’m looking to purchase some method 20” wheels and want to run that same size tire in the Toyo ATiii

If anyone here has a Readylift 3/2 with 275 65 R20’s (or similar) can you give me your new overall vehicle height measured to top of roof rails? (Not including crossbars height). Thanks in advance and really appreciate the help! Gotta make sure this setup will fit in my garage.

It’s only an inch larger in diameter than the stock tires and width is the same as stock, so I highly doubt it

If anybody is looking for a Readylift 3" front lift I listed a brand new set in the For Sale section. I have a Timberline and used the rear 2" lift but did not use the 3" front.

Adding mine to the list here. This thread was instrumental in helping me make my wheel and lift choices.

2018 Expedition MAX 4x4 Platinum. My lift kit was limited to those products that are compatible with the CCD suspension on the Platinum trim. Overall wheel diameter is 34.6". There was some rubbing (especially with my WeatherTech mud flaps) at full turn to lock. I've done some trimming where needed. The rest of the wheel liner in the front was pulled back using zip ties. No rubbing after the work.

I tried using ForScan to set the new wheel diameter (so that the speedometer would read accurately). However, ForScan rejected my new wheel diameter values. As such, there is some speedo error. When speedo reads 75mph, you're actually driving 80mph.

Aside from that, because the wheels are OEMs from a F-150 (which has a solid rear axle), the rear wheel caps will not fit on the wheels. You'll have to either leave the rear wheel caps off, or use a a creative solution such as a sawzall with a metal blade to cut the protruding axle studs (which is what I've done).

Wheels: Ford F-150 Tremor OEMs (ordered from Jegs with a coupon):

Tires: BF Goodrich 295/70R-18 ALL-TERRAIN T/A KO3

Lift Kit: ReadyLift 3/2 Lift Kit for CCD (SKU: 69-2831)

Additional Rear Suspension Components: Extended lower trailing arms, tie rods, and upper control arms (ensuring proper centering of the rear wheels and alignment) all from Rough Country:

Part#s:
94003136 (x2)
40231 BAG1
94003138
94003135 (x2)
94003137 (x2)
RE19719 (x2)

These have to be ordered by phone from Rough Country directly. They won't show-up on their website.

Nice!

What’s the details on the roof rack? I like the side mount you’ve got going on over the 1/4 glass.

Nice to see another Expedition with the Tremor wheels. They look so good on our vehicles, and they are OEM. And the axle thing is such a non issue too, glad to see you made the jump.

I've got 2x Rotopax 2gal fuel tanks on one side, and recovery boards/shovel on the other. They hold up pretty well, as they use a suction cup to the window in addition to being bolted to the roof rack for support.

Oh yeah. I saw them on a parked F-150 Tremor and thought to myself, man, those look so right. Ordered a set the next day.

OK, now that makes sense! I had a Victory4x4 rack on my previous 5th gen 4Runner. That's cool how you were able to adapt that!
