my condenser just hissed this morning and im thinking it is or has gone bad...no cold air front or rear and i've tried to recharge myself months ago...what's my next move?

Do you have a pressure manifold set ? What are your high and low side pressures?
Do you have a UV flashlight that you can look for leaks with ?
Put in some freon with UV dye and see where it's coming out.
