I heard mercon lv is backwards compatible for mercon v. Has anyone used mercon lv in there transmissions? Is it a lighter weight compared to mercon v

Mercon LV destroyed several transmissions that called for SP due to lazy dealers when LV came out and they wanted to use it in everything. Don’t use LV in your trans if it calls for V.
