So sorry to take so long to finish this, but it turned out that there was also a hole in the vacuum assembly line. Got a new part and now all good. Thank you for all the help!!!

Wouldn't it be nice if one of these young Eggheads could make an app that hooks up under the hood, and sniffs out a vacuum leak. An audio portion that says here I am! I'm leaking. Could work for coolant leaks too. Maybe in another 5-10 years.
