Hi , Last year I had some crazy misfires with my 2014 mileage 130k. Do not remember the exact problem but lots of noise also.. I had the VCT solenoids, phasers, timing chains and 1 cam shaft replaced due to a bit of scoring, oil pump and more. New OEM plugs and coils. Ran great for a while then started to get misfires again.

Running Forscan I get P0300 P0302 p0303 and also a P0394 .
Mode 6
Total Engine Misfire and Catalyst Damage Misfire Rate A1 80 33.75 % 0.00 % 24.50 %
Total Engine Misfire and Emission Threshold Misfire Rate A1 81 8.92 % 0.00 % 1.00 %
Inferred Catalyst Mid-Bed Temperature A1 84 913.4 °C 0.0 °C 911.1 °C

Cylinder 2 and Emission Threshold Misfire Rate A3 81 1.27 % 0.00 % 1.00 %

Cylinder 3 and Emission Threshold Misfire Rate A4 81 7.64 % 0.00 % 1.00 %

How can I diagnose this?

Is the P0394 causing misfires?
Do I need to do a compression test on 2 & 3?

Thank you
