Has everyone experienced a moldy smell coming from the area of the rocker panels? Mine are starting to rust, I’ve blown them out with compressed air and treated them to Fluid Film. However I’m still noticing an order coming from that region, could it be a pugged drain that I’m not seeing?

Thanks for your help,

I would think that the moldy smell would come from Cloth or maybe built up leaves. If you don't think your carpets are damp, then see if you have plastic mouldings that might be trapping leaves and such.

AC drain on passenger side is a common cause of water soaking the carpet. That would be my first guess.

I agree with ManUp ... My F150 had an AC leak into the floorboard. The same happened with our 19 expedition, but it was caused from a crack from overtightening of the roof rack from the factory (so they say). Ford bought ours back
