My Touch "Rear" AC Button not on the screen

Hello everyone, I am new here and am asking for some assistance. I have a 2015 Ford Expedition, and have been having a problem. The rear AC controls are not working. There seems to be power for the rear heated seats work but no the AC controls. After looking into it I noticed that our "My Touch" display does not have a rear tab on the climate display, which allows the driver to control on and off the AC control.

With that being said it seems the rear AC is not working at all since it seems to be controlled by the rear controls. I've looked at the fuses and by what I have inspected I believe fuse 73 it is in operation does not look burnt.

I added three pictures as well:

The one titled YouTube pic is a pic of a My Touch screen from youtube displaying what my display should have.

The second one titled My Display is a pic of my display and as you can see its missing the "Rear" tab

The last pic is the controls for the rear AC, you can see that there is power there but not at the control, and also the red lock light is not on which would be under the display stating that the rear is either locked or not.

Once again I appreciate anyone's assistance and guidance in this.

Have you tried a system reset? Sometimes that corrects issues with the system

Yes, I did a reset through the menu, and also disconnected the negative battery cable for about 20 minutes. I read on another post about there may have been an update and there was a glitch in it? Either way if thats true the USB ports in the center counsel dont work either. Checked the wiring so maybe assuming its the actual media port. I only bring that up for I beve thats the only way to update the sync.
