what year and model is your truck? Google says that trans is out of a Crown Vic...
How specific do you need?

check the fluid first. how many miles on it and is there evidence of the fluid and filter change? the filters plug up and restrict the fluid pressure which does all the shifting and bands.

2003 is a 4R70W. I have a 2003 5.4L EB. Rebuilt the transmission last year. Got about 7K on it and it's fine.
