Need help asap

Replacing my rear lower trailing arms got the driver side off (cut both bolts) and go to install new arms with new hardware and the bolts that came with are to big to fit in the hole on the frame of my expy. The only logical idea I came up with is to drill out the hole in order for the bolts to fit in.
Any ideas or anything would help out a lot!!

New bolts are wider.. same went with me just drilled it out. They should have told you when you bought them.

agreed, looks like it would be perfectly fine to drill out.

What did you use to drill it out and how'd u drip out the one by the gas tank?

I don't remember now what I used. And I cut the head off the bolt and slid it out

Okay and how did you drill out the hole by the gas tank and by the brake.

Stock bolts at 14mm new stronger bolts are 16mm. Just got s long drill bit and stuck it through the outside hole and it came out through the 2nd hole next to the fuel tank watch out not to make a hole in the tank. And the one on the axle I did it opposite from inside to out

How do u get them to line up when installing the arms seem too long??!

do these bolt have to be installed from the inside of the frame out with the nut being on the outside? asking because of the gas tank issue on the drivers side lower trailing arms front bolt. thanks
