I recently replaced timing chains, tensioners, phasers, camshafts, lash adjusters and followers after experiencing a rough running event with a P0025 code. After reassembly I keep getting P0390 and P0365 and the engine will not make power. Ive pulled the valve covers and front cover 3 times to make sure that it is timed correctly. I've replaced both cam sensors, and checked continuity from the sensors to the ecm connectors, everything checks out, but these codes always come back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the cam shaft sensors signal with an oscilloscope and compare the waveform with a known good. If the wiring and the timing etc is o.k. All you got left is the ECU. Kinda hard to believe, but possible.
