I've noticed that most of the noise is from the tires on the road - different types of pavement have a huge impact. During my morning commute, I have stretches that are loud and stretches that are nice and quiet. So, I think tires and pavement are at play here.

The rear air is loud. Make sure all vents are open.

also, the general tires are sub par.

regarding rear air,
get in to the rear HVAC controls via the touchscreen and turn down the fan speed. That makes a big difference and usually does it for me

Not only rear AC loud, the front drive seat cooler is LOUDER. With annoying rattling blower sound.

I agree with the front driver side fan making some type of noise - either some type of rattle or paper flapping in the ducting. This occurs all the time but becomes increasing louder with a fan setting of 4 or greater.
