I have no heat. That is, the switch on the dash did not move the door in the heater/ac box. After checking the door and determining that I had heat to the heater/ac box, I thought the actuator was bad. I got a new actuator and tested it with the connector to the exisiting actuator. It would not move. So, I thought the dash switch was bad. After further research, there is 15 amp fuse for backup lights, AC compressor and the actuator. I checked backup lights and indeed they were not working. Dah! BAD FUSE..... Put in a new fuse and all works now. The benefit from this adventure was that I learned how to remove the center console, fixed a loose power connector in the console, cleaned the console and the carpet and how the heater/ac box operates.
