So about a week ago, I had left my windows and sunroof open/down overnight and it had stormed and soaked the whole Interior, and now it doesn't have any electrical power.

So I had left the windows open on my 2003 Ford Expedition EB 5.4 4x4, and at first I took the seats out (1st and 2nd row) to let the carpet dry and when it finally dried I put the seats back in to try and drive it because I had plans. and I drove it about 45 minutes to my destination without a problem. the gas gauge read I had 3/4 of a tank but I just assumed I had more gas then I thought I did simply bc I hadn't driven it in a few days while it dried out. and proceeded to drive just fine. when I got to the destination parked it turned it off and everything was fine, I was on 1/2 a tank which is where I would've been after that drive so I didn't think anything of it after that. then I left there and drove it about 10 minutes down the road and played basketball with some family for 20-30 minutes and got back in it and started it and it was right back onto 3/4 of a tank. so I noticed that and started to drive home but stopped by Walmart real quick bc I assumed the gas gauge was going out or had a problem. but when I left Walmart I was on a full tank and I knew to drive it home immediately. then after I got home, I turned it off and back on, put me right back to a full tank, then turned it off again and when I went to crank it back up there was a click/pop sound and it had absolutely no power in the dash, lights, radio, nothing. but for a couple days if I disconnected the battery and reconnected it after a couple seconds all my electronics worked but when I'd go to start it, it would click/pop and not work again. then as of yesterday I went to try and start it to try and figure out where the noise was coming from and now there is no power at all. even after disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, and replacing the fuse box. what else could it be?

I think you're gonna have to start at the battery and work your way out from there to find the culprit. Sounds like you were able to get things working and now when you try to start it you lose power. So start by testing the battery and check the wires to the starter and ignition switch. It kinda sounds like you may have a wire shorting out when it gets power and thus the pop.

Where in the engine bay did the click/pop sound come from? And do you see any scorch marks on your terminals at all? I agree with @whtbronco on checking the battery, any auto parts store can do it for you if you can’t do it at home. And then move to the wires.

If the interior was soaked checking the fuse box on the passenger side kick panel is a good idea. Something in their could have become damaged if the water rose high enough. The fuses and relays that are removable are relatively easy to check. But some of the soldered fuses/relays on the circuit board could have been damaged. There may have been trace amounts of moisture left and when you started it up and current was running that could lead to some popping noises and be why the gauges started to read all over the place.

If you have any more or new details to provide we can offer our best assistance.
