Look at the 3 prints I sent

On 55-1 look for fuse #24 That fuse should have power when key is in the run position.
Follow the line that goes to the letter A inside of a triangle That refers to print 55-4.

On 55-4 you will see the A letter That feeds fuse #7.
From fuse #7 the line goes to Letter F and also refers you to print 55-5

On 55-5 that F line feeds pin 86 on the relay.

Anywhere in that circuit you should be reading 12+ volts if you find a place in the circuit that you don't have 12 volts then that is a problem area

I have 12v going in and out of fuse 7 so I'm assuming I have an issue according to the diagrams with the wire feeding from there to rear relay. Does this wire run straight from fuse block to the back? And also it looks like there is a connection somewhere between the fuse and relay. Do you know where that is by any chance?

After fuse the circuit goes from the fuse block thru connector C242 which in mounted to the rear of the fuse block it the goes thru Splice S296 then continues thru connector C201 to the relay block.

You will be dealing with circuit 1488 which is a PK/LB (pink/light blue) wire It will be pin 1 on the connector views

Have attached prints for you These prints are for connector C201

Prints attached for connector C241 also circuit 1488 PK/LB wire It will be pin 26 on the connector view. You may notice that 151-09 is for the 2002 expy No Worry it is the same for your 2001

In this post and my last post you will see the location of the two connectors One is in the lower foot well and the other is behind the fuse block You need to find the wire and test for voltage at the pins I mentioned. It may not be easy getting to C242 However that is the first voltage check we need If you have voltage at hat point the check for voltage at C201. Splice 296 is between the two connectors and could possibly be the problem if it shows you have voltage at C242 but not at C201 However I would prefer that you not test the splice yet due to what you may have to go thru to find the splice.
