How can I check the switch itself what readings should I get on it. Could I still be getting power to the relay if the switch itself is bad?

You should have voltage at pin 30 and also at pin 86
If you don't have voltage at pin 86 Then check fuse # 24 in the fuse block under the dash

Does the front controls work??

Both fuses are good I double checked them again today. Front works fine. Also checking the plug for the switch in front console for rear. The gr/w wire is only one with power
